💅 Booking & Cancellation Policy
By booking with Diva K Boutique you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before confirming your appointment.
Deposits
A 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments. Your deposit payment link will be sent via SMS immediately after booking. Your booking will be automatically cancelled if the deposit is not received within 24 hours.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You may reschedule your appointment and your deposit will be transferred to your new booking date.
Late Cancellations & No Shows
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit. No shows will also forfeit their deposit in full. This policy exists to protect Kristy's time and livelihood as a solo operator.
Appointment Reminders
You will receive an SMS reminder 48 hours before your appointment. Please ensure your mobile number is correct at the time of booking.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a reduced service or rescheduling to protect the quality of your treatment.
